Authorises resource allocation across delivery teams and is the escalation point for matters the project team cannot resolve.

Structured an MoU with Chittagong City Corporation to digitise Commercial Holding Tax Collection on AWS — a national first for municipal tax cloud automation in Bangladesh.
Represented Bangladesh with global partners in the United States and spearheaded an India–Bangladesh digital partnership launch.
