The problem

A campus telephony rollout touches every building at once. Done badly it means 220 half-configured handsets and a term’s worth of support tickets.

The approach

Extensions were provisioned and every handset pre-configured before it reached campus, and installation was phased building by building around academic operations. The engagement was closed formally, not just finished.
