The problem

Installing a network inside a secure government complex is a sequencing problem before it is a technical one. Access is controlled, the ministry cannot stop working, and every hour of disruption is visible.

The approach

The network was designed to the ministry’s user count, floor plan and security requirements before anything was procured. Installation was then scheduled around Secretariat access controls and ministry working hours, and handed over with documentation to ministry IT personnel.
