Salary: 15,000 – 20,000 BDT per month. Depending on work quality and experience.

Job Description:

As a Visual Designer at Icebreakers Limited, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute visually stunning designs that captivate and engage the audience. From concept to completion, you will be responsible for bringing the ideas to life through your creative expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing static graphics for social media and websites.
  • Banner, Photo Manipulation to serve marketing purposes.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all design projects.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

Requirements:

  • Understanding Core elements – Layout, Typography, Color, Shapes, Spacing etc.
  • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning designs.
  • Motion Graphics & UI/UX Design skills will be preferred.
