With a background in technology and leadership, my focus extends beyond day-to-day operations. An innovative leader driving ICEBREAKERS LIMITED's success, Mr. Tanim has a proven track record of strategic excellence. As Director of Grey'D Studio since 2020 and Al-baqarah Agro Park Limited since 2018, he leads transformative initiatives.
In his role as Head of Marketing and Sales at SIMEC System Ltd. from 2020 to 2023, Mr. Tanim expanded market influence and crafted impactful business strategies. His earlier position as a Business Analyst at SIMEC System Ltd. from 2019 to 2020 showcased his meticulous approach to strategy formulation.
An entrepreneur and Full Stack Developer, Musitul Tanim co-founded Kinbokoi.com (2016-2018) and contributed technical expertise to Circle Fintech Ltd (2014-2015).
With a BSSE degree from the University of Dhaka, Mr. Tanim combines technical acumen with business insights. He completed the ACMP 4.0 program and Leadership Principles program from the University of Dhaka and Harvard Business School, respectively.

I am a dedicated Computer Science and engineering graduate with proficiency in various programming languages, including MATLAB, C, and C++, along with expertise in MySQL for database management. Currently seeking an entry-level position as a Computer Engineer, I bring a passion for Networking and Digital Marketing, aspiring to contribute my skills while learning from experienced team members.
In my role as an Executive HR Admin at IceBreakers Limited since August 2023, I provide strategic HR advice to senior management, manage the recruitment and selection process, and administer employees while overseeing performance. My educational background includes a B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering from the American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB).
My strengths lie in discipline, patience, ethical conduct, and a strong work ethic. Fluent in Bengali, English, and Hindi, I possess effective communication skills. In terms of thesis and experience, I bring six months of in-depth research on "A Comprehensive Study about Customer Satisfaction on E-Shopping based on machine learning algorithms." During my internship at Amber IT as a Technical Support Intern, I actively worked on updating databases and network design records, troubleshooting, router configuration, preparing Ethernet cables, managing IP configurations, and access controlling routers through Winbox and Putty software.


Saad Ahmad, Operation Manager of Icebreakers Limited, is a bright, energetic individual who graduated from BRAC University with a bachelor's degree in computer science and engineering.By taking on numerous duties, he exhibits his extraordinary leadership and management abilities.
Ahmad's eventful career has been marked by great technological brilliance, strong leadership and managerial abilities, and a strong desire for mentoring. He participated in clubs and student organizations during his time as an undergraduate. He demonstrated great administrative and leadership skills while serving as President of the BRAC University Business and Economics Forum (BUBeF). He arranged numerous workshops and national events for his fellow mates during his service. In addition, he served as the BRAC University First Year Advising Team (FYAT) Student Mentor, demonstrating his great enthusiasm for mentoring people. In addition, he has previous work experience in many organizations, where he has proven reliability and analytical abilities.
Ahmad is a dedicated, resourceful, and extremely optimistic individual who is committed to making a meaningful contribution to Icebreakers Limited's goals. He is passionate about assisting others in succeeding and firmly believes in the value of excellence.


My professional goal is to embark on a challenging career in a reputed organisation that offers a conducive environment, opportunities for growth, and a platform to apply my knowledge and skills effectively. With over six years of experience, I currently hold the position of Senior Manager (Government Sales & Tender) at Walton Group, a role I've been successfully navigating for the past two years and continue to do so. Throughout this journey, I've played a pivotal role in significant projects, such as the Sheikh Russel Digital Lab Project (SRDL) and the Fourth Primary Education Development Program (PEDP 4), showcasing my expertise in project management and delivery.
In parallel, my four-year stint in E-commerce has seen me serving as the Deputy Assistant Director (E-commerce Manager) at Walton Group since March 7, 2019. In this capacity, I've been instrumental in identifying and evaluating new marketing opportunities, onboarding new e-commerce sites, devising sales strategies, and directing the activities of cross-functional teams.
Before joining Walton Group, I served as a Key Account Manager at ARSUK EURO LIMITED, where I honed my skills in managing marketplaces like amazon.co.uk, eBay, Cdiscount, and esty.com. Responsibilities included conducting SEO analyses, performance reporting, and staying abreast of the latest SEM technology.
My educational background includes a B.Sc. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from East West University (EWU) in 2017. My skills span a range of technical competencies, including MS Office proficiency, networking, programming, SQL, and MATLAB. Fluent in both English and Bengali, I've also contributed as the former Event coordinator of the "ECE TELECOM" club at East-West University. With a career spanning decades, I graduated in Commerce in 1992 from Chittagong. My commitment to continuous learning is demonstrated through my technical qualifications, including excelling in a Diploma Course in Secretarial Science from Dhaka Y.M.C.A. This comprehensive program equipped me with valuable skills in filing, typing, and shorthand.
Furthering my technical expertise, I completed a Computer Certificate Course, showcasing proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Windows, FoxPro, internet browsing, and E-mail communication. Additionally, I am well-versed in computer accounting packages such as Accord and Tally Software. Embarking on my professional journey, I started as an "Office Executive" in Zakir Industries Ltd., Dhaka, from April 01, 1994, to August 31, 1997. In this role, I handled Bengali and English correspondence, customer service, sales and promotion, and maintained registers for sales and stock.
Moving forward, I served as an "Accountant" at Ayesha Enterprise Ltd. and Global Fabrics (Pvt) Ltd. from February 02, 1998, to October 31, 2009. During this period, I managed local and international correspondence, banking, e-mailing, internet browsing, L/C opening, and independently handled computerised accounts with Accord and Tally Software.
Following this, I worked as an "Accountant-cum-Secretary" in Angels Fibre Trade from November 01, 2009, to June 30, 2012, where I engaged in local and international correspondence, e-mailing, internet browsing, banking, and various secretarial activities. Currently, I serve as an "Executive (Accounts)" at Total Fitness since August 01, 2012, where my responsibilities include voucher and invoice preparation, cheque collection and deposit, accounting data entry, document typing, and involvement in commercial and secretarial activities.
