About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to support the analysis, design, and implementation of an ERP-based web and mobile application. You will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure high-quality, secure, and compliant solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Prepare requirement analysis & system design documents
- Support ERP web and mobile app (Android & iOS) implementation
- Ensure system quality, security, and compliance
- Prepare user manuals and training materials
- Coordinate testing and UAT
- Support deployment, go-live, and post-implementation support
Key Deliverables:
- Requirement & System Design Documents
- Database Schema & API Documentation
- Fully Functional ERP Web & Mobile Applications
- User Manuals, Training & UAT Reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in CSE, IT, or related field
- Experience in ERP or enterprise application projects preferred
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
