Position: Account Executive

Workplace – At Office

Office Time: 9 am – 6 pm

Holiday: Friday

Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 BDT per month. Depending on work quality and experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
  • Process financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Prepare and analyse financial reports, including monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitor budgetary control.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits.
  • Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Officer or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
