Job Responsibilities:
Business Account Management: Develop & implement strategic plans for managing key accounts. Understand clients’ requirements, and goals, develop sales strategies, identify growth opportunities.
Account Strategy Development: Ability to develop and implement long-term strategic plans for key accounts aligned with the company’s objectives. Identify opportunities for business expansion and growth within existing accounts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Use market insights to identify new business opportunities and potential threats.
Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts and agreements with key clients. Ensure that all contractual obligations are met.
Product Management: Maintain a deep understanding of the products or brands being represented. Provide business accounts with product information, consumer preferences, and training as needed.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by key accounts in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of working experience
